How do I book a Facebook Marketplace delivery?
Go to scoodanow.com, enter your ZIP code, and provide the seller's pickup address plus your dropoff address. Describe the item (couch, dresser, refrigerator, etc.) and book. A local Scooder Driver will be matched to your job and contact the seller directly.
Do I have to be home when my item is picked up from the seller?
No. Your Scooder Driver handles the entire pickup. They'll arrive at the seller's address at the scheduled time, photograph the item before loading, and bring it to you. You only need to be available at your delivery address.
What items can Scooda deliver from Facebook Marketplace?
Scooda delivers furniture (sofas, beds, dressers, dining tables, sectionals), appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, freezers), exercise equipment, large outdoor items, and most other oversized marketplace finds. Yes. Scooda works for any local marketplace purchase where you need the item picked up from a private seller and delivered to your home — Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, Nextdoor, estate sales, garage sales, and local retailer pickups.
What if my item needs to go upstairs?
Select the stairs option when booking. For heavy items that require a second person, add the Two-Person Team option. Both are available during the booking flow with transparent pricing.
How do I know my item won't be damaged?
Every Scooda delivery includes Basic Delivery Protection at no extra cost, covering eligible damage claims up to $100. Your Scooder Driver photographs the item at pickup and at delivery as a record. Claims must be filed within 48 hours with documentation.
